We want to be sure that we have answered all your questions before you get on the plane to Curacao. Once you're on the island, this will enable you to concentrate fully on finding the right home and enjoying your stay.

Step 1: what exactly are you looking for?

What we would like to know from you is:

• The area(s) of your preference on Curacao
• The reason for your investment (personal use/vacation home/renting to tourists)
• Your finance needs and budget

Step 2: the selection

We will search our extensive network for homes and terrains that meet your criteria. This will lead to a carefully made pre-selection, which we will e-mail to you along with photos and all relevant information. You can take all the time you need to select the houses that appeal to you the most, from the comfort of your own home.

Step 3: welcome to Curaçao!

When you've touched down on Hato Airport, we will pick you up and take you to your place of stay. At a date and time that suits you, we will pick you up for the inspection trip and visit your favorite homes (and, if you want, several other beautiful spots on the island as well.)

Step 4: comprehensive assistance

When you find your ideal home, we will accompany you to the notary's office, where you can formalize your preliminary sales agreement or buying option. We will also be happy to assist you in any other matter.

Step 5: after sales

Our service to you does not stop after your home purchase. If you buy a home in a new development, for example, we will regularly update you on the building progress. We look forward to assisting you with the purchase of your new home.
